VestBench Pro includes a 14-day free trial. Payment details may be collected when you activate the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
You may cancel at any time through Settings > Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you cancel after a paid billing period begins, Pro access continues until that period ends.
To request a refund, email info@vestbench.com within 14 days of the charge and include the email address used for your purchase. We review requests individually and respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned through our payment processor to the original payment method.
Except where required by law or expressly approved, subscription renewals and partially used billing periods are non-refundable. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor. The time for an approved refund to appear depends on your payment method and financial institution.
